If you’re looking for a shopkeeper to finetune the existing routing or to manage the existing daily show, please keep looking, that is not my thing.

Over the past 25 years I have gathered the experiences that make me into a knowledgeable conductor, able to oversee the complete IT playing field. I talk all languages and by doing so can build bridges from the below ground-level all the way up to C-level, stretching from hard-core left brained big data miners and architects to impulsive right brained visual designers and UX experts.

The one thing I do not do on a day-to-day basis is play instruments myself, instead I have an intricate
knowledge of all instruments, orchestra and composition possibilities in our area of play. I recognize a false note being played, an ensemble missing in the equation or a rhythm going wrong. And by doing so I help the actual performers in the team to fix it and ensure they create the ultimate outcome your customers desire.

I might appear bit unconventional and direct (Dutch / Amsterdammer 😳) in my approach, but I never fail
to build up rapport with everybody I work with. I have a can-do attitude, love to make the occasional mistake and learn from them and keep growing to get even better in what I can do for you your customers.

Throughout my career my helicopter-view, expectation management and aptitude to build strong trust-based relationships have been valued by my clients, the teams I managed, my peers, management and other stakeholders.
